Hi all,
I have created several drop down menus and added them to customer ticket message by doing these steps:
1. Creating dynamic fields from Admin>Sysconfig>Dynamic Fields
2. Adding them to customer portal form Admin>Sysconfig>Ticket>Frontend::Customer::Ticket::ViewNew> Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###DynamicField
Now the dynamic fields are shown in customer new ticket screen
My problem is that when the customer choose them and submit, the agent cannot see those dynamic field in his ticket view page

You have to add them to AgentTicketZoom too
