[SOLVED] OTRS Error Message

Hi, i have installed the version 5 and all is ok but i see in my logs this message:

How solved this message? i'm using my smtp an account of google apps

switch of fetchmail in sysconfig as it is not needed to fetch mails.

Hi jojo, i change in my SysConfig but i put empty value, this is correct? because the trouble persists.

you might changed the wrong setting

Did you restart the daemon?

Hi reneeb, i restart my server but nothing; Jojo i change in my panel web in Framework → Core::Fetchmail and Daemon → Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task in this last, i disabled the fetchmail and fetchmail-ssl and now not appearme nothing in panel web.

I try restore configuration in Framework → Core::Fetchmail and Daemon → Daemon::SchedulerCronTaskManager::Task and appearme the information.

Also i see that when i send or recieve a email not appear in this imagen only appear the errors. Please help me.

To get debug messages, you have to lower the log level (Framework -> Core::Log).

reneeb, I run and I sent the email log appear yet I still show this alert:
