Good day!
I would like to ask if the condition in generic agent is AND or OR?
in the criteria of the selected ticket?

for example.
If I choose escalation first response time reached within the last 1 min
and escalation solution time reached within the last 1 day?

should the ticket action will apply if one of the criteria has trigger?
or it should be both criteria that needs to trigger generic agent?

Likewise in event triggers? is it OR or AND? in every event that i will add?

Please help me to understand generic agent. Thank you!
