Process Management - ACL?

Hi,

I've created a process management and would like to automate it.

The Agent on selecting the 'Approve' or 'Deny' transition, is prompted with a follow-up screen to "Approve" or "Deny" before the ticket is directed to the queue and agent responsible. How do I automate this, so the second follow-up screen doesn't appear?

Hi,

I cant fully understand what you want to do. But I think creating ACL will do.

So when an Agent views the process ticket, they're provided an option "Approve" or "Deny" as part of the 'Transition' dialog.

When "Approve" is selected, the ticket should move by 'Transition Action' to the next Agent "Responsible" and "Queue."

Instead what happens is that the 'Transition Action' screen with drop-downs appears, after I select "Approve." The Agent needs to select "Approve" from the drop-down, for it to be processed.

How do I fix this, so the 'Transition Action' screen doesn't appear. Once "Approve" is selected, then the flow is automatic to the next Agent and Queue.

Yes, yes ACL will help you with that. But i cant help you how to create the ACL.
