Hi,
When a user submits a process ticket, the Agent responsible receives a notification. How do I allow a notification to the user, when the ticket is closed - both successful or un-successful? The setting on the user preferences isn't obvious.

You could create a ticket notification in the admin area.

Yeah, I was checking that out. I was hoping that there was an option, similar to Agent notification, for customers.

In the ticket notifications (event) you should be able to select the customer as the recipient...
