Hello everyone.

The first is to tell you that I need your help, I am not implanter OTRS or anything, but I have a problem with a client, you know how are you things of computer work. I wanted to consult you a matter. In a V5 implementation of OTRS we have requested the display of "TicketZoom" in the table of items we include a column showing the queue to which is assigned the ticket and thus give traceability. As hard as I tried I failed to show that column.

Can you help me??

please show a screenshot. As you seem not to be the admin of the system, the person might be able to help?

Hi.
The first to thank you answered. I am not OTRS administrator but he is on vacation so I have asked me if I could do. Anyway OTRS administrator has not been able to. :(

I attached the screenshot of the table where we want to insert the column queue.

The URL is http://System/index.pl?Action=AgentTick ... tID=XXXXXX on this screen in the table "Summary of the article" of you want to insert a column that displays the information of the queue where the ticket is assigned.

Why? This would mean duplicate information. Each row would show the same queue and in the widget "Ticket information", the queue is shown, too.

Hi

We want the queue in which this ticket in each row to have a historic and to have a trace of all queues by which it has passed is displayed. In the widget only displays the current queue and can not see where it passes queues.

I do not know if I managed to explain well.

That's not possible by "just adding" a column. This information is stored in the ticket history. By stepping through the history you can determine where each artciel was. This means you've to customize the whole part which renders the article list.
