Priority field of Customer Portal

Dear Friends,

I need to do some customization to customer portal. To start with, please let me know how to disable Priority field in portal? I couldn't find any in SysConfig - Frontend::Customer

Search the SysConfig for Ticket::Frontend::CustomerTicketMessage###Priority
