Hi!
I would like to know if it is bug in otrs 5 that the pending till is not working on the dashboard?
Or did i missed to configure something in sysconfig?

it seems to be correct. The pending time is overdue. What do you expect to happen? (the reminder mails will be sent out by daemon every 2 hours)

Sorry, i think i misunderstood the value of pending till, I thought it was for the time of first response time.
