Upcoming Events not showing to all agents

Hi to everyone!
I would like to know how to show the upcoming events of escalations and pending reminder to all of the agents?
Is there a need of configuration in DashboardBackend###0260-TicketCalendar?

Please advice me how to show it to all agents.
All of the agents are in the same group and all of the tickets are all unlock.

Does the widget just not show up at all, or does it just not show anything?
OTRS v5.0.10 with ITSM extension.
MySQL database
Ubuntu 16.04 LTS

It is showing to some agent and some are not. :(

Did you checked the permissions?
