Hello,
As a picture is worth a thousand words we often need to take screen clips with the Snipping Tool and paste them into OTRS tickets.
When adding a Report entry into a WorkOrder, if I try to paste more than one image from the clipboard into the text editor and click Submit I will see one of two behaviours:
1.) The Report entry will save but one or more of the images will have disappeared.
2.) I will receive error message "Cannot add attachment for workorder nnnn". The error details are below.
Looking in the System Log I can also see error "File already exists 'WorkOrderReport/nnnn/image.png'!"
I have tried adding multiple images into one report entry before submitting, and also adding and submitting one image at a time -- neither of these works.
Running OTRS 5 on Windows 8.1 and Windows 10 machines, and the problem occurs in IE, Firefox and Chrome.
Is this a known issue, and is there either a fix or a workaround?
