I would like to ask if it is possible to send a email notification by categorizing the addnote in its own subject?
Because i'm using generic agent and each job has specific addnote subject like warning and attention.
I just want to know if how will I send different email for the addnote that has the respective subject?
I use generic agent because I want to send a notification that has a 1 hour interval and at the same time i need to send the email so that the agent will be notify. Please advise. Thank you!
