Hi,

You should be able to log on, also without cloud check.


Is your OTRS connected to Internet? What happens if you connect it?

What tells your /opt/otrs/bin/otrs.Console.pl Cloud Checker? There is a option to check it.

Can you logon to another action for example AgentTicketQueue?

You can disable the news dashboard widget in the sysconfig. If you want to disable all cloud calls, I can send you an addon...

Hi,

yes, you can disalbe widgets for the dashbaord in sysconfig.

This usually solves the timouts.
