Hello everyone.
Recently integrate my OTRS to Active Directory, all it came running perfect though recently a user who was already working well, enters the customer portal and blank page appears, I tried several browsers and still blank, entered the portal administration and customer does not exist! despite its active directory user if.
I wonder, as I can see the logs to see what happened to this user? as it may not exist if in the active directory? All the rest of my users work perfect, I have more than 200
