How can I see tickets from invalid queue. I know there are tickets in those queues, what if someone whant to see them.
Is this possible at all.

Hello,
In the GUI go to Admin tab and then go to Queues. You can change the Validity parameter there for the specific queue you want to see.

Yes I can turn them back to valid, but can I see tickets wich are in invalid queue

What OTRS version are you using ?
This maybe because both the 'From Address' and 'To / CC / BCC Address' has been added in OTRS Mail Accounts.
You can either move the tickets manually or assign a different Queue for receiving address.

I just want overview of them , like in the search. Dont need to do nothing with those tickets just simple overview, they are all closed
