Hello
Is it possible to define Service of a ticket using Bulk action? I do not see appropriate setting in SysConfig? Maybe I missed something.

Hi,
if you don't find it in sysconfig - then there is no option. You might find it in newer versions?
You can use Generic Agent for your Service Bulk action.
