Hi zusammen,

wie kann ich die Konfiguration "Auto-Antworten" usw. manuell auf eine neue OTRS Installation übertragen ?

Hab jetzt einige Settings über meine alte ZZZAuto.pm übernommen und es hat funktioniert.
