I've just setup otrs free edition, But when i am trying to post a new tickter from customer.pl i did not receive any email to my agent.
I would like to infrom you somethings in order to help you
I setup my queues to agent
email for reseting pass for example work perfectly
and notification parameter configures send message to everyone agent in group
Summary what i want...every time someone post a ticket ,all agents receive a mail with ticket info
