I would change the word "Login" located above the ID and password field in the customer portal.
I looked in file Core.login.css but I have not found.
Do you know how?
Other questions, for it can display a message on the Customer portal?

That's not CSS related. Is contained in the file CustomerLogin.tt and can be changed via a custom translation file. See https://otrs.github.io/doc/manual/devel ... ation-file
