I'm trying to download a First Time Response report, I've already config the times and my tickets are showing this time, but I when I download it from the stats I only get a zeroed file.
I'm totally new with OTRS
and I like to know what I'm doing wrong or what I'm missing to get this times on my reports? Please help!
