cannot see queque membership

Goodmornig,
we are trying to introduce in our company orts as new ticket system.. I order to prevent the agent to change important settings, i've changed this. Now the agent cannont set anymore their mebership of the queue.. but even the admin cannot set this to him.. is there a way to reset all customization to default?
