I have just noticed that if I go to Tickets > Status View: Open Tickets, not all States are shown.

I currently have 4 tickets open. One is 'New', one is 'Open', one is 'Investigating' and one is 'InDevelopment'.

All of these states are of type 'Open'.

So it would appear to me that only the default states show up in this list. I tried looking through the admin manual and searching sysconfig but cannot find an entry for assigning these custom states to this view. The State screen does mention extra Sysconfig being required.
Please could you tell me where I might do so?
