Customer portal -> New ticket with cc

Hi to all, I searched with find tool but with no luck.

Does anyone known if is possible when customers opens new tickets in customers portal after logon with their account add emails as cc?
For example, customer A open a new ticket but also wants to add in copy his boss or collegue...

Till now I have found non solutions to this also asking help to google
