Public access link for ticket

Hey guys,

is there any possibility to generate links for tickets, so customers doesnt have to log in to otrs, to see a ticket?

I mean by that, customer just writes an email to our otrs, then he gets an automatic reply with a message that "we are working on his problem" and a link to his ticket on something like [customer.pl], then he just click on link which take him to his case. We want to avoid make accounts, just i want to my customers[just workers in the same company] see their own tickets if they have a right link, just easy and fast access. Is there any solution? Im searching a long time by now and i can't find anything

This would need development. But be aware that such a thing is a possible information leak...
