Hi all! When agent register new ticket (incident, service request, etc), there is (drop) field with available services only. But in that field display all type of services, i have about 150. I mean that by default there is no field with available type of service and user cannot select type of needed service only all available.
Now question:
May i add additional dynamic field with service type, that only associated with service type displayed in the service field ?
For example:
(Field1 with Service Type_1) Active network equipment -> (Field2 with available service selected in field1)
************************************************************************* Service_1
************************************************************************* Service_2
************************************************************************* Service_3
(Field1 with Service Type_1) Passive network equipment -> (Field2 with available service selected in field1)
************************************************************************* Service_1
************************************************************************* Service_2
************************************************************************* Service_3
I have little experience working with OTRS. I have not enough practical examples ...
Thanks!

Hi,
you can use ACLs or get a commercial addon/feature/module for showing dynamic fields fully dynamic.
