Hi,
I would like to know if I can setup the notification system of OTRS like a email trail rather than separate emails.
Ex: When a ticket is created, the first notification is sent which says "Your ticket has been created blah blah blah"
Now I go and assign a ticket and a second notification is triggered which says "Your ticket has been assigned by agent xx"
The way I would like is that, when the second notification is going, it should have the first notification as a trailing email. Like how you see in outlook when someone replies to your email.
Is this possible? Thanks.
