Ηi all. I know that I use a quite old version but all attempts to upgrade to ver.5 were unsuccessful, mostly due to SQL and Perl. errors
Now I am using ver. 3.2.15 with Ubuntu 14.04.
All work fine if I don't change the owner of a ticket or use the "Reply and change to closed". So if I submit the ticket the owner does change but when I am using the dropdown menu to set a new error I get an error from Server regarding Ajax.
Looking at the apache error logs I found the following

Any help apart from upgrading would be much appreciated.
