Reset Password with Database Customer Backend

I have a problem with resetting password for users. I configured Customer Database Backend (Topic: viewtopic.php?f=62&t=33606). In this configuration I want to store Password for Customers in OTRS database (Local MySQL), But the rest of data is stored in Database Backend (MSSQL ReadOnly). What could you advice me. Help!
