custom window with multiple actions

Hey guys!

At first: Thank you for your visit on my topic!

We are currently implementing an OTRS 5 in our company and want to create a custom window with multiple actions.
Sadly, I didn’t find anything helpful on the internet. Maybe you can point me on some helpful threads because there already have to be similar topics.

We want to create an agent window with the opportunity to:

- select the right customer
- select the queue
- select the SLA
- select the priority
…for a new ticket
--> save this selections with one click

Without development, the easiest would be a process ticket with a custom activity-dialog.
