If the change gets to a final state in ITSMChangeManagement (for example successful), how can it be finally closed? I would like to find a solution similar to the case of a process ticket, where, after closing the ticket, using ACL I can regulate for example the reply button not to appear.
I would like to make it possible that in the ITSMChangeManagement, in the "success" state the editing menus (eg. "Edit" and "Report" included in the "Add Workorder" menu...etc.) would not appear after closing the ticket.
