login and dashboard view loading very slow

I m using the otrs 5.0.14 with centos . login in and dashboard loading is very slow (takes about 6 mins) ONLY for two specific agents where there are about 5 other agents for whom the otrs works perfectly. Customers also do not have an issue

The problem exists for the said 2 agents everywhere regardless of the computer or location.

There are only 500 closed and few open tickets. Httpd and otrs logs does not indicate any errors .Is there any specific file in otrs where to look for this issue ?

Please check what widgets they have active.

In the dashboard there are at least 2 (?) widgets that pull data from external servers - or try to. This might slow them down.
