Dear Community,
I successfully added some dynamic fields to the CustomerTicketTemplate. I do see the typed Data from these fields in the AgentTicketZoom View But these Informations are cutted... I need to see the whole data. I there any possibilty to expand the TicketInformation Widget or to make all the data visible? (Except with the mousepointer). The data from the fields isn't printed aswell when i print out the Ticket, but I need them on the print...
Please help me
