What are the differences in the levels of upadtes: minor or patch?
For example, version 5.0.14 is designated patch level but version 5.0.13 as a minor level.

Hey Andy,
a patchlevel upgrade means a change in the first number of the version and have to follow the upgrade path.
Minor upgrades have the same first number in the version. Within a major version you can skip over those minor patches. This is a bit ambiguously worded in the admin manual.

Ok, this explanation is understandable, however, in the OTRS Dashboard / Product News I have the following entries:root wrote:5.0.14
