Clients can only create tickets in a fixed queue
Hello friends I have configured OTRS-5s with the ITSM module, how can I make it through the customer page only tickets can be created in a fixed queue?, but also that only registration of the ticket is allowed if a service has been defined.

set a default queue in sysconfig and set the service field mandatory.
