Hello,
is there any possibility that i can set the rights of an Agent to only see Customeruser in the same Group?
We have some external Agents from another Company and i don't want them to see every Customeruser.
F.e.:
Agent1 is in Group1 and should only see Customeruser1 who is also in Group1 and none of the Customeruser from Group2 etc.
We use OTRS 4.0.12 but we've got an OTRS 5.0.14 System too.
Any suggestions?

Like i said in the other post - this AddOn is a little bit too much for my small request. I just thought there is an easier programmatic way.
