Otrs problem with notification

Hi,

How can i view why escalation will not work?
i setup Escalation - first response time after 10 minuter, setup ticket notification escalation for specific queue but not work?
where i can see error?

Hi,

maybe a cronjob or Daemon is not running? What about waiting some time? Is the mail sent?
What tells you the ticket history?

yes, i checked daemon, than restart server and everything working now..
