ITSMUpgradeTo12

Hi,
again about old stuff. I am migrating OTRS 2.2.7 to 2.3.6 now, and it went quite well.
The second prolem is ITSM. I am doing 1.1.2 - 1.2.x change.
And instructions are all there, but they all point to ITSMUpgradeTo12.opm package that is supposed to mirate all the data.
But, ITSMUpgradeTo12.opm is not present of the otrs FTP.

Any hints where I can find it? Or if not, what should I do to properly upgrade ITSM and preserve/migrate all the data>

yes I know about those packages. And there is installation uide for them at:

which says in "Upgrading" section:

If you have OTRS::ITSM 1.0 or OTRS::ITSM 1.1 installed, have a look at this FAQ
article to upgrade your system to OTRS::ITSM 1.2:

The link is broken, but the same ItemID is available on portal and it seems to descrie the same thing:

So it seems that ITSMUpgradeTo12 is necessary as it not only updates all ITSM packages but performs some additional data migration.
Github doc get back only to ITSM 2.0.
From scratches that google gives, I found old CSV repo patches, that gives some insights. The migration script probably migrates from the old LinkObject2 packae (which is deleted with OTRS 2.3.x as it turns out). Btw LinkObject2 is also missing from FTP what I addressed in other topic.


To conclude, it seems that ITSMUpgradeTo12 is necessay to perform full migration, without data corruptionn.
I do not believe that there is no backup in the Internet....
