Unsuccessfully upgrade from v4 to v5

Hello,
I've update v4 to v5.0.15. When I launch OTRS I get a 500 Internal Server Error with this log error:

Do you have installed any addons?

I've confirmed that the issue is with an external addon.

I'll look for information to the error in the addon information.
