Inline images not captured in auto response

Hi All,

While creating ticket via email, signature has image inline. When a auto-response is sent back to customer with original message, inline image is not getting captured. Instead, showing image name as in place of actual image. PFA for the screenshot for reference.
I tried looking into backend. No luck on solution front. Also, this is being pending from 3-4 weeks.

Hi, currently the Notifcations and tne Signatures do not suport attached images. You might reference to an external one.

What do you mean that the issue is pending? Do you expect support here? If yes, please keep in mind that this is a forum where you get community help without any SLA or even without any answer. If you need commercial support, you have to buy it.
