Hey,
Im having a problem on OTRS. I only want to use Customer Companies and dont want to use customer users.
So when I make a ticket I want to typ in the company to make them the only user of the ticket.
Is there any way to do this?

Create a custom table which suites to your needs an configure them as customeruser database.

But the question remains: Why do you want to do this?
As I understand and use it is that OTRS is a communication backend to our customers. So its main purpose is communication and not documentation. Customers are humans of course and so it is possible to communicate with different customer users who are belonging to one company.
Some people think the system is to document cases but I think that's wrong. Maybe it's the same with you?
