Hi,
I met an issue with fetching emails from Gmail. There are two emails fetched on the early morning by multiple times that created duplicated tickets. I checked on our Gmail account that there was only one record for each message that meant the duplication did not occurred in Gmail.
All the duplicated tickets are fetched at the same time that all of them were created by the same fetching job.
Appreciate for any advice and suggestion.
