Hi Everyone
I am currently trying to move OTRS to new red hat server. Could anyone tell me how to check whether OTRS is using local database or using remote database server please?
Regards
Sam

for the migration please just follow the official guideline. Never restore an old backup to the newly migrated system as it will destroy the installation.
For the database settings, please check the Kernel/Config.pm file of your OTRS installation
