Package FAQ

I'd like some help.

I am trying to install any package in OTRS version 5.0.15, it completes the installation and gives no error.

However when I get back in the package manager there is a message that the package was not installed correctly.

Which package?

You could click on the package, then it lists all installed files. Is there a certain file that has a red cross instead of a green checkmark?
