Passwort Linux User OTRS ändern

Hallo,

ich kenne das Passwort des Linux Users "OTRS" nicht mehr,
gibt es Probleme mit OTRS wenn ich das Passwort überschreibe?
Ich muß die Cronjobs ändern.

einfach bin/Cron.sh nutzen, das geht auch als root. Der Unix User OTRS hat kein Passwort..

hm, unser Unix User otrs hat wohl eins und root krieg ich nicht,
ist das gut wenn otrs kein Passwort hat?

dann kann man sich mit dem benutzer nicht am system einloggen
