Hello everyone,
As most of us here, I need your help for a very specific task :
Hide or remove all fields except one in all faq articles.
Basically, we need this because we would like to have only one field to complete on an article.
We have have to do this because we currently have a FAQ, but it is on Powerpoint format and we would like to upload it on OTRS, and use every page on our PPT file as a FAQ article.
Is there any way to hide or remove all fields except, for example, "Solution" ? Like a sysconfig parameter or a html file that we could modify ?
PS : We are on OTRS 5.

In the SysConfig, Group FAQ, Subgroup Core::Item are Keys named 'Show' where you can remove the content
