HI ,
After some days I finally manged to add the option for a customer to select an CI (config Item) of his company or him from a drop down list.
The only problem is that when the a Config ITEM (i.e.a certain computer from the CMDB) is selected when creating a ticket the name of the ConfigItem (computer-naam) does not fill the empty box connected to the drop-down list. (actually it only fills it in for maybe 0.2 seconds and then it goes empty again like I haven't selected anything from the drop-down.
Can someone give me a hint why this dynamic field is not working like it should ?
