Good day!
I would like to know why does the exportation in customer_user using import/export does not exports all customer user that we have in our OTRS.
Using import/export the only customer users that we have in our csv are 250 customers only but when we generated it in SQL box using SELECT * FROM customer_user, it exports 325 Lists. Does it have a setting in Sysconfig about the limitation in exporting customer user?
Please advise us.
