Hello all, just recently started using and setting up OTRS 5S.
I have got most of what I wanted setup, but have a few questions.
I have the Survey package loaded, and setup to send surveys on ticket closure. However no emails ever get sent.
For Survey::Hook it says default is Survey# so after you make a survey, what goes into the field? Survey#10001 or 10001 or what?
Also, when customers login to make a ticket, how do I apply a front end ticket template for users to fill out?

Hi,
About the survey hook, is just a prefix to identify the survey notifications that will be send to customers. The default value is just fine.
Please make sure you reviewed all the documentation about it. In System Config > Survey > Core::Survey > Survey::SendInHoursAfterClose you will also notice some screen tips.
Suggest you to ask about the templates in another topic.
