How to save tickets on modifying?

Hello,
I am using OTRS 5s patch level 18.
Can i have a save button in create new ticket windows which will help Customer can save ticket on modifying without submit.
After complete the modifying, they can submit later on.

Hi,

as far as I know, this is not possible without development.
