Limit in Search button (CSV,EXCEL)

Good day!
I would like to ask if I can use more than 2000 in search limit in order to export it through csv or excel?

I already edited the Ticket::Frontend::AgentTicketSearch###SearchLimit in sysconfig with 200000
value. Is it possible to use it? Tried exporting it through csv but the loading of exporting takes too long and I didn't get the result of my search ticket.
Help me to maximize the use of search button please. thank you!

Hi,

I use 100000 and it works just fine (query results returns in about 10 seconds depending on the criteria).

I would suggest you to verify your database performance.
