Hi to everyone,

I would like to ask if why does the ticket receives multiple articles in a specific ticket?
In ticket updating thru the use of SOAP in web service?

Most likely through the external script. Check the webservice debugger
"Production": OTRS™ 8, OTRS™ 7, STORM powered by OTRS
"Testing": ((OTRS Community Edition)) and git Master
